Reminder - NW Audit of schemes - January 2026

Hi Resident,

On the 22nd January 2026 you were sent an Alert message asking for your assistance in an audit of NW schemes in the Chester & West Cheshire area.

Our records show that you are the coordinator of a NW scheme and we need to know whether the scheme is still active.

We also requested that you confirm your details on our system are correct by login to your account - https://members.ourwatchmember.org.uk/login (no password needed)

We have received no reply to this request. If you now wish to reply please use the REPLY button on the bottom of this message. Alternatively you can email mailto:cheshirenw@outlook.com

This message has been sent to numerous persons - if you have signed into your account following the initial message then this will be noted. However we need to know the status of yourself as a coordinator / scheme.

If no reply is received then in order to comply with GDPR legislation in respect of data retention your scheme will have to be deleted.

Additionally if there is no login to your account then that will also be deleted and you will receive no more Alert messages.
